The E-mprende contest consisted of three knock-out stages, in each of which the participating teams took five decisions corresponding to as many months in the life of a fictitious company devoted to website development.
The teams which managed their company most efficiently were the ones which reached the final and won the corresponding cash prizes.
The contest was organised by Aiesec and the Basque Association of Economists and was sponsored by the SPRI, the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce, El Correo and Lan Ekintza, and also benefitted from the collaboration of the UPV.
A total of 400 participants grouped into 150 teams took part.
