The General Meeting represents the highest body in the Association, and is made up of all its members.

The Meeting takes place at least once a year in a different place each time, in one of the three provinces, to approve the income and expenditure budget for the financial year; the Association's accounts, which are always available to members; the Annual Report; and to vote for the Board of Directors, when necessary.

The General Meeting is the gathering par excellence for members, and serves as a place to meet the rest of collaborators, administrations and the society in general.
